GLOBALG.A.P.

Our farm in the Jordan Valley is certified to the GLOBALG.A.P. standard for safe and sustainable agricultural production. Certificate available on request.

SMETA (4-Pillar)

We are preparing our farm for the SMETA social audit (labour, health & safety, environment, business ethics). Expected completion: 2027.

Quality standards

  • Size calibration per batch in standard grades Super Jumbo / Jumbo / Large / Medium
  • Moisture range typically 17–22 %, depending on variety and season
  • Visual sorting for skin separation, discoloration, damage
  • Pesticide residue analysis by accredited laboratories before export
  • Microbiological controls per batch
  • Cold-chain management from farm through cold storage to reefer container
  • Traceability down to farm and harvest day

HACCP-based handling

Our post-harvest operations — cleaning, sorting, packaging, storage — follow HACCP principles. Critical Control Points are documented.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

For each shipment we provide a Certificate of Analysis on request, with values for moisture, size distribution, microbiology (yeasts, moulds, Salmonella, E. coli) and pesticide residues.
